A beloved folk instrument from the Abruzzo region of Italy.
In its simplicity, the Italian Organetto is a popular folk instrument. Rustic Italian celebrations would only be complete with one or two Organettos.
Notably, for its two bass button design, Lucio plays the Organetto type that the Abruzzo region has popularized. Their dialect fittingly names this Italian folk instrument: "Lu DU BOTT" — which translates to English, "The Double-Barreled Shotgun!!"
Although much smaller than the traditional Piano Accordion, the Organetto produces a wondrously marvellous and unusually inspiring sound.
Let us enjoy discovering the Organetto and the positive energy that it creates!
